I returned a product to Croma over three weeks ago and my refund is still pending. Every time I contact support they say it will be processed in two to three business days. Still waiting.
I have mixed feelings about HP India. Some products are great while others are just average. The platform itself works fine but the consistency could be improved.
Dell India has very misleading product descriptions. What you see on the website is completely different from what you receive. This feels like borderline false advertising.
For what you pay, Realme delivers an okay experience. The products are decent and delivery is usually on time. Would not say it is the best but it gets the job done.
