The customer support at PaisaBazaar is the worst I have ever encountered. They keep giving scripted responses and nobody seems to have the authority to actually solve problems.
While TravelTriangle offers a decent range of products, the overall experience could be better. The website works fine but delivery tracking could use some improvements.
My purchase from TravelTriangle was a complete waste of money. The product broke within a week of use and the company refused to provide a refund or replacement.
