I returned a product to Manappuram Finance over three weeks ago and my refund is still pending. Every time I contact support they say it will be processed in two to three business days. Still waiting.
For what you pay, Fi Money delivers an okay experience. The products are decent and delivery is usually on time. Would not say it is the best but it gets the job done.
