For what you pay, Blue Tokai Coffee delivers an okay experience. The products are decent and delivery is usually on time. Would not say it is the best but it gets the job done.
I returned a product to BigBasket over three weeks ago and my refund is still pending. Every time I contact support they say it will be processed in two to three business days. Still waiting.
