Had a terrible experience with Amazon India. The delivery was delayed by a week and when the product finally arrived it was damaged. Getting a replacement has been a nightmare.
Xiaomi India is good but not great. The basics are covered well but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer service response times.
Ordered from Flipkart and was pleasantly surprised by the quick delivery. The product was well-packed and exactly as described. Will definitely order again soon.
