The quality control at JBL India is severely lacking. I have received damaged or defective products on multiple occasions. Very unreliable platform for any important purchases.
For what you pay, HP India delivers an okay experience. The products are decent and delivery is usually on time. Would not say it is the best but it gets the job done.
I returned a product to OnePlus over three weeks ago and my refund is still pending. Every time I contact support they say it will be processed in two to three business days. Still waiting.
