I returned a product to Fire-Boltt over three weeks ago and my refund is still pending. Every time I contact support they say it will be processed in two to three business days. Still waiting.
Had a terrible experience with JBL India. The delivery was delayed by a week and when the product finally arrived it was damaged. Getting a replacement has been a nightmare.
Getting such quality at these prices from Flipkart is truly value for money. I have compared with multiple other platforms and Flipkart consistently offers the best deals.
