The quality control at ET Money is severely lacking. I have received damaged or defective products on multiple occasions. Very unreliable platform for any important purchases.
The customer support at CRED is the worst I have ever encountered. They keep giving scripted responses and nobody seems to have the authority to actually solve problems.
