This was my first and last purchase from Hyatt India. The entire experience from start to finish was frustrating. Wrong product delivered and the return process is unnecessarily complicated.
Had a terrible experience with ITC Hotels. The delivery was delayed by a week and when the product finally arrived it was damaged. Getting a replacement has been a nightmare.
