I deeply regret purchasing from IDFC First Bank. The product was of extremely poor quality and completely different from the images shown. Support has been zero help.
I returned a product to Dhani over three weeks ago and my refund is still pending. Every time I contact support they say it will be processed in two to three business days. Still waiting.
