What I love about Cox and Kings is the consistency in quality. I have placed multiple orders over the past few months and every single one has been perfect. No complaints whatsoever.
The customer support at Taj Hotels is the worst I have ever encountered. They keep giving scripted responses and nobody seems to have the authority to actually solve problems.
