This was my first and last purchase from Dyson India. The entire experience from start to finish was frustrating. Wrong product delivered and the return process is unnecessarily complicated.

The customer support at Canon India is the worst I have ever encountered. They keep giving scripted responses and nobody seems to have the authority to actually solve problems.
While Canon India offers a decent range of products, the overall experience could be better. The website works fine but delivery tracking could use some improvements.
The service from JBL India was satisfactory. Nothing to complain about particularly but also nothing that blew me away. A solid three-star experience overall.
