The customer support at Sennheiser India is the worst I have ever encountered. They keep giving scripted responses and nobody seems to have the authority to actually solve problems.
I was a bit skeptical at first but Lenovo India has pleasantly surprised me. The product I received was of excellent quality and the price was very reasonable compared to other platforms.
For what you pay, Dell India delivers an okay experience. The products are decent and delivery is usually on time. Would not say it is the best but it gets the job done.
Giving OnePlus a well-deserved five stars. The product quality, delivery speed, packaging, and customer support are all top-notch. Keep up the great work.
My experience with Flipkart was decent overall. The product was okay but I feel the quality could be slightly better for the price point. Delivery was on time though.
