My experience with Vivo India was decent overall. The product was okay but I feel the quality could be slightly better for the price point. Delivery was on time though.
Every single order from Reliance Digital has had delivery issues. Either it arrives late or the wrong item is sent or the packaging is terrible. How are they still in business.
I returned a product to Bose India over three weeks ago and my refund is still pending. Every time I contact support they say it will be processed in two to three business days. Still waiting.
Dell India has very misleading product descriptions. What you see on the website is completely different from what you receive. This feels like borderline false advertising.
Giving OnePlus a well-deserved five stars. The product quality, delivery speed, packaging, and customer support are all top-notch. Keep up the great work.
Extremely disappointed with Flipkart. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised. Customer service has been unhelpful and I am still waiting for a resolution after two weeks.
