I have mixed feelings about Wanderon. Some products are great while others are just average. The platform itself works fine but the consistency could be improved.
The customer support at Cox and Kings is the worst I have ever encountered. They keep giving scripted responses and nobody seems to have the authority to actually solve problems.
This was my first and last purchase from Hyatt India. The entire experience from start to finish was frustrating. Wrong product delivered and the return process is unnecessarily complicated.
