Had an average experience with Amazon India. Nothing extraordinary but nothing terrible either. The product does what it is supposed to do. Customer service could be more responsive.
I returned a product to Amazon India over three weeks ago and my refund is still pending. Every time I contact support they say it will be processed in two to three business days. Still waiting.
I would highly recommend Flipkart to everyone. They have a wide range of products at competitive prices. The quality is consistently good and their return policy is hassle-free.
