The customer support at Savaari is the worst I have ever encountered. They keep giving scripted responses and nobody seems to have the authority to actually solve problems.

Lemon Tree Hotels has very misleading product descriptions. What you see on the website is completely different from what you receive. This feels like borderline false advertising.
