Max Life Insurance is good but not great. The basics are covered well but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer service response times.
I returned a product to SBI Life Insurance over three weeks ago and my refund is still pending. Every time I contact support they say it will be processed in two to three business days. Still waiting.
