My experience with Blue Tokai Coffee was decent overall. The product was okay but I feel the quality could be slightly better for the price point. Delivery was on time though.
The quality control at Chaayos is severely lacking. I have received damaged or defective products on multiple occasions. Very unreliable platform for any important purchases.
The customer support at Bajaj Finserv is the worst I have ever encountered. They keep giving scripted responses and nobody seems to have the authority to actually solve problems.
I deeply regret purchasing from Fi Money. The product was of extremely poor quality and completely different from the images shown. Support has been zero help.
