The customer support at Dunkin India is the worst I have ever encountered. They keep giving scripted responses and nobody seems to have the authority to actually solve problems.
The quality control at Mutual Fund Sahi Hai is severely lacking. I have received damaged or defective products on multiple occasions. Very unreliable platform for any important purchases.
The customer service at ET Money is truly outstanding. They resolved my issue within hours and followed up to ensure everything was sorted. This level of care is rare these days.
Based on my experience I would advise everyone to be cautious with Club Mahindra. The products are overpriced for the quality you get and their refund policy is designed to frustrate you.
