I Tried 3 Console Monetization Services — Heres My Honest Comparison

I Tried 3 Console Monetization Services — Heres My Honest Comparison

I have been exploring console monetization for about 18 months now. In that time, I have used three different platforms — partly because I wanted to find the best one, and partly because I am the kind of person who needs to test everything before committing.

Quick Context

I have two Play Console accounts. One from 2021 (old) and one from early 2024 (new). I tested Platform A with my new console, Platform B briefly with my old one, and ConsoleMint with both.

Platform A — The Fast Starter

Onboarding: Quick. Verified within hours. First app published the same day.

Earnings: Started paying immediately — Rs 2,500 in the first month itself.

Transparency: This is where it fell apart. I could see the apps on my console but the company was vague about what the apps actually did.

Red flag: After 3 months, one app got a policy violation warning from Google. I pulled out after month 4.

Total earned: Approximately Rs 11,000 over 4 months

Platform B — The Ghost

Onboarding: Took 5 days to verify.

Earnings: First payout was Rs 3,800 after 6 weeks. Decent for a start.

Red flag: Communication dropped off after month 2. Month 3 payout was delayed by a week. I decided to exit.

Total earned: Approximately Rs 8,500 over 3 months

ConsoleMint — The Slow Build

Onboarding: Verified next day. Professional communication from the start.

Earnings (old console): Rs 5,200/month consistently. Premium tier kicked in immediately because of the 2021 account age.

Earnings (new console): Started at Rs 3,500 in month 1. Hit Rs 6,000 by month 5. Currently at Rs 8,500 in month 8.

Transparency: Dashboard shows every app, its status, download numbers, and your earning breakdown per app.

Communication: WhatsApp support is responsive. Never waited more than a day for a reply.

Total earned (10 months): Approximately Rs 72,000 across both consoles

My Verdict

  • Platform A: Risky — poor transparency and policy issues
  • Platform B: Unreliable — communication and payment delays
  • ConsoleMint: Patient — slow start but best long-term value

ConsoleMint does not win on initial payout speed. But for long-term reliable passive income with full transparency they are the clear winner in my experience. The UDYAM registration means the company is formally registered with the Government of India and can be held accountable.

I am now exclusively with ConsoleMint for both consoles and plan to stay.
